Robert Stewart, CHC, CITRMS, is the President/CEO of The MCS Companies-Midwest, Inc. which is a benefits consulting/brokerage firm with its home office in O’Fallon, IL.  He has been in the employee benefits industry for the past 30 years and has served in senior management positions with three HMOs and one of the nation’s largest PPOs, as well as Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Missouri. 

Believing that their clients deserve specialization expertise when obtaining their employee benefits, MCS concentrates its marketing efforts entirely toward employee benefits and does not offer other types of insurance or financial planning services.  These sother ervices are, however, available through a preferred partner program.  Additional services, such as Staff Training/Consulting, Human Resources/Staffing, IT Services/Support, Marketing/Advertising/Web Design, and Legal Services are also available through this preferred partner program.

Always striving to deliver state-of-the-art benefits consulting and products, MCS joined forces with a local information technology firm to create Identity Protection Network, LLC in 2007.  This new business endeavor found its genesis in the need to provide Identity Protection benefits to both corporate clients and their employees.  IDPN is one of only a handful of consulting firms in the country to offer a full array of FACTA compliance consulting services that encompass the full spectrum of areas susceptible to potential security breaches. 

Currently, MCS and IDPN concentrate most of their marketing efforts directed to employer groups with 3 to 300 employees.
